Gestalt Therapy

The Gestalt therapy was developed by, among others, the psychiatrist and psychotherapist Fritz Perls in the 1950s and belongs today to the well-established, so-called "humanistic psychotherapies".

During the Gestalt work you will learn and practice mindful awareness of your emotions and experience self-effectiveness. You will resolve inner conflicts and blockages. In this way, you will improve your interpersonal relations. I will be glad to help you discover, expand and apply your inner resources in a target-oriented manner.

Gestalt therapy is a suitable therapeutic procedure to process e.g. feelings of

  • anxiety
  • low self-esteem
  • depression
  • burn-out
  • psychosomatic disorders
  • chronic pain
  • compulsion, phobia, panic
  • stress disorders
  • separation, loss, grief
  • life and identity crises

Furthermore, the Gestalt approach has been successfully applied for decades in

  • personality development
  • organizational development
  • professional supervision
